Hi Mckenzie. I really enjoyed reading your piece of writing about your walk on the beach. I liked the way you introduced what you were doing and why. Who did you go to the beach with? Amazing you saw a stingray. What did you notice about it? What did it look like? How big was it?
What a beautiful drawing of you walking and watching the stingray. I loved how you used your "Word-Card" when sounding out your words and remembering to use your full stops at the end of each sentence .... don't forget to use a capital letter at the beginning of a sentence. I noticed that you sometimes confuse your "b's" and "d's" ... find lots of objects in the house that start with "b" and write them down, keep practising writing them and saying them. Then try the same exercise but using the letter "d". Good Luck and keep up the great mahi. Whaea Tanya
